工程材料手册 实际使用的情况:用铸铁比用316L等好,中学时的化学中已有分析。况且从价格来看:我几台铸铁的泵的使用寿命远大于一台316L的泵 呵呵!楼上的,你是想时时用新泵? 4楼说的有问题,对化工接触的少。一般化工厂的要求是要保证一个大修周期,铸铁泵你能保证的了吗?如果导致系统停车,你能负起这个责任吗?化工厂的采购或主管感冒这个风险吗? 也许#4的是一个老板,为了利益最大化,他就敢冒这个险。 对于 楼主提出的介质工况 来说。泵过流部件HT250要比316要好
对于浓度在70%以上,温度小于80度碳钢或铸铁有较好的耐腐蚀性(可以在泵体、叶轮表面形成一层氧化膜)。但不适用高速流动的硫酸。.K}[9p+K-KYL

我赞同YOYO的说法,对于高浓度的硫酸腐蚀性不是很强,铸铁或铸钢就可以了.A|US Q[Cm前提是要考虑流速 <P>可以使用不锈钢材料</P> 楼上的也许不是化工单位的吧!单说不锈钢是没有用的,不锈钢是一个统称,里面细分很多的牌号,要根据输送不同的介质,选用不同牌号的不锈钢。 对于这个工况,铸铁和碳钢普遍被认为是一种材质,但根据我的经验,碳钢要比铸铁效果好很多,但一般不会选316之类的材质,价格贵不说,且使用效果并不比碳钢好,流速低固然好,但以上参数,我认为二级电机的泵检修周期达到一年是没问题的,有一点要注意,机械密封的冷却方案一定是PLAN 11的,静环一般不要选石墨的.
