[摘要] 报告结合国内外核电产业发展趋势,从核能业界的角度分析了引进三代核电技术对中国核能行业发展的影响。报告认为,引进三代核电技术是加快我国核电自主化进程的重要途径;近期内,在做好三代核电技术引进工作的同时,应加快二代改进型核电技术的批量化建设,再安排一批二代改进型核电项目建设,以提升自主化能力,促进我国核能产业的规模化发展。要坚持自主研发和技术引进相结合,实现中国核能产业的可持续发展;中期内,在推进三代核电技术引进后的消化吸收、再创新的同时,应积极开展国家核电重大科技专项的研发工作。通过这些努力,实现构建我国核电自主化工业体系和技术创新体系的目标。
The 3rd Generation Nuclear Power Technologies and the Development of China’s Nuclear Energy Industry

Abstract: Based on the tendency of nuclear power industry in other countries and China, the paper analyses the potential impact of the 3rd generation nuclear power technology introduction into China on the development of China’s nuclear energy industry from the view of CNEA. The paper argues that the introduction of the 3rd generation nuclear power technologies is an important approach to facilitate the self-reliance efforts of China’s nuclear power program. Recently, while introducing technologies, a number of nuclear power projects with the 2nd generation improved technologies should be built in China in order to speed up her self-reliance capability and promote the growth of Chinese nuclear power industry on scale. The paper also argues that the policy of combining self-reliance technology R & D and foreign technology introduction should be maintained in order to promote the sustainable growth of China’s nuclear energy industry. In the mid-term, carrying out the digestion & absorption work and re-innovation after the technology introduction should actively develop key R & D projects of nuclear power technologies in the country. Finally, these efforts will be helpful to realize the target of establishing China’s self-reliance nuclear power industry system and technology innovation system.
